major overhaul to how audio is processed between the raytracing -> minecraft's sound engine, now attenuation should be more accurate + sound better overall.

Performance improvements for tickable sounds, Thanks to @Fyoncle for helping me find some bugs. Because of the performance improvements I cranked up rays cast to 1000, if you are having performance issues, try reducing that and letting me know with a git issue / joining my discord, then i'll reduce the default again.
backport of HRTF fixes. Now Minecraft directional audio will work.
re-added modmenu support on 1.21.8, don't know why it was gone.
- fixed audio engine restarting causing audio to not play properly
- this was especially the case if you had directional audio on, so that should now work better
1.3.1 standard stuff, fixed modmenu crashing bug 50/50 chance modmenu allows you to change configs lmao, idk whats up with that (but it shouldn't crash anymore)

also added an icon to the thing so it doesn't look as jank im a professional developer dw about it
