Re-added Incineroar's legacy moves to the movepool.
Added preliminary support for the SimpleHats mod. Use the following hats to unlock these costumes in addition to the previous methods:
- simplehats:crown -> Champion Incineroar
- simplehats:bigcrown -> Champion Incineroar
- simplehats:astronaut -> Astronaut Incineroar
The following outfits have new items assigned:
-minecraft:note_block -> Dance Incineroar
Special thanks to Carmendar for showing me how to disble the new emissive texture. Also, turns out that you need to edit cosmetic item files to include every Pokemon that uses them. Joy.

Changed the poser files for the costumed variants so that they now point to the base incineroar poser/animation files instead of having to use their own bespoke animation/poser files.
Adjusted the color and shape of the boots for the Champion outfit.
