Re-added Incineroar's legacy moves to the movepool.

Added preliminary support for the SimpleHats mod. Use the following hats to unlock these costumes in addition to the previous methods:

  • simplehats:crown -> Champion Incineroar
  • simplehats:bigcrown -> Champion Incineroar
  • simplehats:astronaut -> Astronaut Incineroar
