This release is a complete pack structure overhaul, as well as adding support for copper armor trims and the 1.21.9 pack.mcmeta changes.
Changes
- Increased the contrast of all trim item textures, to more closely align with vanilla
- Tweaked the shape of the Silence trim
- Overhauled the structure of the pack
- Removed duplicate textures (where possible)
- Improved fallback handling
- Unknown trim materials will now be magenta
- Unknown trim patterns will now be the default vanilla pattern
Additions
- Added support for the new copper helmet, chestplate, leggings and boots
- Added a separate texture for the netherite helmet with a Wild trim
This release makes use of the new ability (introduced in 1.21.5) to check the value of item components. That means this resource pack is now completely supported in vanilla Minecraft.
This resource pack is a subset of the new Visuals. If you like this resource pack I highly recommend trying that one out!
Additions
- Resin trim material support
- Switch to vanilla CIT method
Fixes
- Fix the Host armor trim boots texture
This release utilizes the new Polytone Custom Item Models format, which is the only working CIT format for latest versions at present.
You MUST install Polytone 2.4.10 or above for this version of the pack to work.
Fabulously Optimized is currently waiting to update Polytone for stability reasons, so you may have to update it yourself.
