Updated combatability! OptiFine is compatible for pretty much every version. It could work for any version before this, but I'm sure of it working for 1.17-1.21.x. CIT Resewn is compatible for versions 1.17-1.21.1, as of now. It might update past that and it should work.

As of 1.21.4 and up, this pack is compatible for vanilla Minecraft!
