Fixed Custom Pets Models

There just a few pets and its skins, so there not that many.

Also some other fixes that I dont remember.

nbt.ExtraAttributes.modifier=

now its

components.custom_data.modifier=

Added .properties files with

minecraft:skull

in it.

And replased with

minecraft:player_head

fix some jsons

just 1.0

tested only for 1.21.1
