Perfect AE2 Resource Backport

• Fixed a bug where the Quantum Crafter would not open when a network tool item was in the inventory

• Fixed a bug in AdvancedAE 1.2.7-1.20.1 where the Quantum Crafter and Quantum Armor config windows would not open
• Backported the design of the style config window added with the AdvancedAE update to the 1.21 textures.

• Fixed a bug in AE2WTLib 15.3.0 that prevented the terminal from opening.

• Added ME Requester backport
