- Changed every item to have its vanilla counterpart in GUIs and Item Frames
- Added ability for every item to use its custom 3D model in item frames when renamed to itself (e.g. rename Diamond Sword to Diamond Sword to use 3D model in item frames)
- Changed pack file name and pack.mcmeta file to use formatting codes
