Overview

The JR East E531 series is a dual-voltage electric multiple unit (EMU) operating on the Joban Line on the JR East commuter network. Introduced in 2005, it is based on the earlier E231 series however it is able to run on both 1500V DC and 20kV AC power supply, giving it a large operational range. The E531 series fleet consists of five and ten-car train sets that often run in coupled pairs as 15-car trains.

This resource pack adds the E531 series to the Minecraft Transit Railway mod with a custom model and textures.

Both standard and "Akaden" commemorative liveries are included.

Four types of carriages are included and you may configure them as you wish.
