Keaton's Enhanced Tools

Greatly updated the compass textures:

• The area is wider, allowing more space to see the needle
• Darkened the area by 1 color for increased contrast
• The needle's positioning is completely redone, and is thinner but more precise

This may be a work in progress. I've already spent hours on it, and it's very difficult doing so. If you have any feedback, please let me know!
