Added remodels for all Caps from Cobblemon 1.7

  • Partner, Original, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, World & Starter Cap!
  • Starter Cap is currently unobtainable

Fixed its ears when wearing a cap

  • Pikachu's ears are supposed to be pointing down a bit when wearing a cap, Cobblemon even added an animation for that but they didn't implement it yet - well, no more!
