Uni Chat

NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THE PLUGIN IS 100% TRANSLATABLE, THE CURRENT VERSION DOESN'T CONTAIN A DEFAULT ENGLISH TRANSLATION! Default English translation is planned to be included in the next update.

What is UniChat

UniChat is a modernized packet-based chat formatter that is compatible with backend inputting plugins, contains features that can only be done on the backend previously, and provides multiple channel types and features!

• All messages support Minimessage!
• You only need to install this on your Velocity proxy! No backend ports are required.

Features

Channels

• Multiple channel types: Local, Global, Cross-server (Redis-based), and even private chat rooms
• Insanely customizable! From the type of the channel, to if we should passthrough the message to the backend, or even quick prefixes such as '!', everything can be configured to what you'd like!

Chat modules

• Mention support for all channels! You can always type @someone in chat to make them hear a 'ding' sound to wake them up!
• [i] to display the item in your hand, [l] to insert a link for others to click on to directly come to your server, and more! [IN DEVELOPMENT]
• /chathistory to view chat history in all channels!
• /msg and /reply for private messages and quick reply

The plugin is still in its ALPHA phase, which means that there might be some issues and bugs, but I will try my best to fix them as soon as possible!

The plugin aims to be compatible with any plugin on velocity and most plugin on the backend (except other chat formatting plugins, of course), so if you found one that doesn't works with UniChat, please add an issue-tracker on the gitee page or contact me through email: jason31416@163.com
