This can easily fixed by going into spigot.yml setting unload-frozen-chunks to true and set this to 0 OR in paper-world-defaults.yml setting delay-chunk-unloads-by to zero & this to 0. This work around is added in to keep the plugin plug and play.

This caused more issued than I would've liked and was a headache to maintain. This may come back in the future if interest is shown.

Enabling mod companion support will let the server be able to detect when a player is in the pause menu to pause the server if they have the companion mod installed. Optionally you can have the players freeze in place when their pause menu is up and the server is frozen.
