Introducing multiplayer records
Now execute the commands as the executor, not the sender
When cancelling a goal config dialog, the goal list will be displayed
Added an interface powered by Dialog to select, configure and start a speedrun record. Command: /neospeed list.
Also, added an alternative Dialog to the viewing screen/text: /neospeed view dialog.
These features are experimental and not aligned with NeoSpeed Zero.
