This version ensures that only players who join the arena via the sign has their movement disabled, not just any player in the arena.
This version changed the following -
- Fixed a bug where supplydrops would spawn in airblocks at y=-65 on certain maps
- Fixed a bug that caused the server console to be spammed with messages if there was no arena
- Moved the /scanarena command to an asynchronous task to ensure the server doesn't freeze while the command is running
- Added a message indicating that the arena is scanning on /scanarena
