Added alternative to minecraft's team system in case a plugin/mod alters the vanilla minecraft team behavior. Use /dlteam to see how.
Changes:
- added locateteam command to help find teammates
- added config for enabling/disabling locateteam command

Players on the same team will kill other team members upon death.
