Fixes the permission system

You can now use the Advanced Mode with Luckperms or the Normal Mode without Luckperms

Log File

From now on, all actions performed by the plugin will be saved in a file

Discord Integration

The Discord integration has also been added. You can now forward all messages/commands to Discord via Webhook

How To Create a Webhook

Go to the channel where you want to receive messages. Then go to the channel settings.
Go to Integrations and click on Webhook.
Click on New Webhook.
Give your webhook a name and, optionally, a profile picture and copy the Webhook URL
Search for this Field

# Sends log messages to a Discord channel.

Change it to this

Then Restart the Server or /clearlag reload and it should be enabled
