Removed some mods that were affecting performance, trimmed out resourcepacks I wasn't using, also added my options.txt and removed tutorial popups.
Removed Skin Shuffle, cleaned up the pack in general.
- Default settings accidentally set render distance to max, sorry about that. Will be fixed in next version.
