Villager Timetable

• Updated to Minecraft 1.21.11
• Minecraft now uses a new system: Environment Attributes. This system also keeps track of the villager schedule. The schedule can now be changed using datapacks, and is no longer synchronized to the client. VillagerTimetable assumes that no changes have been made using datapacks.
