Update - 2.4.0
News
- Configuration panel
New button added, which opens a submenu for settings. For now, there is only the following option, but I have big plans, so it was worth it.
- Setting: Disable transparency in skins
You can now disable skin transparency at both the client and server levels directly from the new configuration panel without having to restart the server to apply the settings. -# Thx @earlylover for the idea!
Upgrades
- Window closes when you click outside of it.
The windows that open when deleting/renaming a skin and when opening the mod settings now close if you click outside for greater fluidity.
- Change the appearance of the Delete button.
I don't know why it always clicked cancel, so now that doesn't happen anymore and it's cooler.
- Setting: Stylish buttons
I've added an option to change the appearance of the buttons, but I'm not entirely convinced, so I'll leave it as optional.
Fixes
- Fixed issue with Scale GUI
When you exited the skins menu, the GUI Scale was automatically modified, causing you to lose your own configuration. -# Thx @brosquito for reporting the issue!
- The custom window for deleting a cape now appears.
It worked correctly for deleting a skin, but when deleting a layer, the low version kept appearing.
- Fixed random crash on small resolutions
- Sometimes with transparent textures, the arm looked opaque in first person.
The texture of the arm was filled with black pixels for some reason, but it should be fixed now.
Update - 2.3.0
News
- Background blur effect
Now when you open the menu while playing, the background will be blurred to give a more premium experience and look better with any background.
- Automatic mode for Wide/Slim
Wide mode used to be the default, but now the system will analyze the skin you have searched for or uploaded and directly decide which type of skin to use.
- Improved delete and rename windows
In the previous version, you got a crappy window with the basic Minecraft dirt background. Now it's a pop-up window that doesn't take you away from the quality experience of the skin selection menu.
- Improved the button of rotating the skin
Now it completes the entire journey by rotating 360 degrees smoothly, resulting in a high quality effect.
- Custom background for the menu
If you enter the skins menu from the Minecraft menu (without being in world), the panorama would appear, which, depending on the panorama, sometimes made the menu look bad or strange, so I made a small custom background so that it always looks good.
- GUI size adjusment
The menu should now display better on all types of screens and resolutions. In addition to the fact that, in general, I have changed many things so that they are better centered.
- Two new capes added in-build
- Animated Rickroll cape
- Official Minecraft Copper Cape
Fixes
- Fixes when deleting a selected skin/cape
When a selected skin/cape was deleted, the system left it in limbo, resulting in an error in the skin/cape list. It should now delete correctly and automatically select the next one on the list or in the cape case will be automatic the none. Thx @earlylover for reporting the issue!
- Preview model pivot fixed
Sometimes the model would randomly end up in a strange position, and I thought I had fixed it, but it should be perfect now.
Update - 2.2.1
News
- Added support for 3D Skin Layers
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/skin-layers-3d It only works in-game, so unfortunately it cannot be seen in the preview model. -# Thx @call0utcarbine for the idea!
Fixes
- Now you can import capes without elytras
If you imported an image that did not have the elytra gap, an error occurred stating that the image did not have a 2:1 aspect ratio. It should be working now. -# Thx @ghazerak for report the problem!
- Fixed the bug that made the elytra invisible.
If you imported layers that had an empty elytra slot, it became invisible. Now the elytra is displayed correctly with the vanilla texture.
- Disabled the perma spam on the console.
I left a bunch of debug messages in the latest version, which I forgot to disable. They should only appear if there are problems.
