- Properly handled pmmo skill and irons spell translation strings. Added my own translation lang file for on screen text.
- Respect project mmo's ignore requirements player data.
- Change to peer dependencies and require them for mod to run, but dont package them with the mod.
- Updated text to use lang files and process lang strings properly.
- Respect Project MMO ignore requirements player data. If a player has that attribute set then this mod will not enforce requirements.
- Changed dependencies to require Project MMO and Irons Spells and Spellbooks but not package them with this mod.
