- Ported to 1.21.4. By luck, currently no difference to 1.21.3 other than being recompiled, but 1.21.4 is different enough to likely require separate OPAC jars in the future.
- Fixed potential issues with forceloading caused by dimensions being removed in the middle of a server run.
- Fixed crash when placing chest boats and other issues with protection caused by incorrect boat class references.
- Fixed/optimized chunk forceloading.
