Oh Pipebomb!

A quick and simple idea a non destructive pipebomb with the miku oh pipebomb sound effect with some simple gamerules

gamerules

• skip sound (just explodes instantly)
• instant activate on drop (if it plays the first part then is dropped it will detonate instantly on pickup
• instakill (if you want it to immediately kill user)
• Opkill (if your somehow too strong to die from damage from instakill gamerule somehow this just runs the kill command on user insead of trying to do damage (needs instakill on))
