About
In Minecraft, you can easily break your best tools if something distracts you. NotFullyBroken fixes that. Now, all tools with mending and 0 durability will change to their broken state, in which you can't use them. To move them out of the broken state, you simply recover them using XP.
Some Tool Breaking With NotFullyBroken

When tool break, it's moved to the broken state, and back with xp.
Features
- Tools with Mending on brake will change to their broken equivalent, saving all their data.
- Broken tools change to the original item when you absorp xp.
- You can use a broken tool to mine and hit, but it's as efficient as doing this with hand.
- You can't break the broken tool.
- All broken tool assets in 1.21.10
