New /runmodule <module> [targets] command
- Run any event module on demand
- Optional player selectors: @p, @s, @a, @r (or a specific username)
- Defaults to a random player if no target is given

- If none is given defaults to random player

Adjusted selection weight on some events
- Major tick loop optimizations: Reduced per-tick overhead by caching module lists and weights, and added early exits when no players are online.
Changed incorrect weights on a lot of events
Added new events
- Sometimes mobs will just stand still and stare at players
- Sometimes passive mobs will start hunting and attacking players
