- Added Totem of Birth for Aether.

- Fixed a bug that prevented the nativeworld:safe and nativeworld:unsafe tags for dimension types from loading
- Added visualization of spatial decay.
- When the spatial decay value is positive, spikes appear at the edges of the screen.
- Spikes disappear if the player has the spatial resistance effect.
- Can be disabled and customized in the configs.
- The common config has been replaced with the server config.
