Updated to fix a crash when using Extended Industrialization

- Bumped NeoForge to stable version

This is the initial release of the MI Sound Addon for 1.20.1. KubeJS compat is currently disabled for this version pending some MI fixes. Warning, this mod may be potentially unstable, please report any issues in the Discord!
