    Now uses vanilla CopperBlockSet instead of a custom record class, this will affect any mods accessing the blocks and items (which I don't think exist right now)

• Port to 1.21.9

• Removed changes from versions between 0.3.2-0.3.4 (inclusive)
• Add proper loot tables
• Add waxing recipes
• Add base rail recipes
• Using a wet sponge on maglev rails will oxidize it one stage

Fix entities still stopping minecarts with nocollision enabled

• Add maglev.minecart_collision gamerule (default true) which controls if minecarts collide with entities

• Add data attachment maglev:max_empty_time to make minecarts despawn after being empty for that long

• Reorganize tags and add item descriptions

• Add variable rail textures
• Rework all textures (Replacing programmer art with slightly less programmer art)
• Add proper icon
• Reorganize creative inventory
• Add translations

• Add variable maglev rails, currently untextured
