Quick patch for the not-dropping-anything bug, and some internal-title and credits tweaks.
Added structures "lucky block shrines" Lucky Blocks can naturally generate in 2 variants of a temple inspired the classic Lucky Block mod's quartz shrines and one small hill of nether blocks and lava, also a unique reaction to a lucky block being blown up. I reworked most postive and neutral events (not exactly of my own willing accord thanks to the code getting corrupted while trying to add a single extra event).
Backported to 1.20.1
Has Lucky, Neutral and Unlucky events... a lot of them... don't expect full documentation.
