Fixed non-admin players having permissions to commands they aren't supposed to.
Added the Watchers. Watchers are players that are not affected by season mechanics (spectators, admins). Use the '/watcher' command for more info.
Merged Limited Life and Last Life commands into the '/lives' command.

Snail textures now work properly when there is more than one custom texture.
