1. Removed unnecessary items (those that can be crafted) from the item list when joining a vanilla server after client reload. Previously, these extra items were gone, but after some recent changes, they reappeared. Now this issue has been fixed again.

2. These items are now hidden when using the standard "Show Craftable" button.

3. Restored support for middle-click and right-click in non-crafting-table recipe books (these actions were removed in version 1.0.5.2).

4. Fixed a crash when joining servers that send modified or invalid recipes, which caused a "Failed to handle packet RecipeBookAddS2CPacket" error and a disconnect. Now, the mod correctly handles recipes with missing or empty result items, and no longer crashes in these cases.
