ERRRMMMMMM ACKSHUALLY this is the version that works completely with Clutter No More.

removed like 3 LOGGERs again... should work correctly now i promise

Clutter No More compat! fixed the wax tooltip appearing on any POI block, removed some loggers and rewrote lots of the matching logic :)

(i spent an hour trying to fix the chiseled bookshelf not dropping itself and its apparently just vanilla behavior..........)

Changed matching logic and fixed a minor spelling mistake

• refactored a LOT of the code
• mossy, cracked, chiseled blocks dont use tags anymore but are automatically converted
• automatic item disabling, no recipes, no drops
• dynamic minecart and boat interactions, no more hardcoding
• fixes and enhancements to previous minecart and boat behavior

Fixed tooltips not applying to all workstations when waxed workstations is installed

Fixed some of the block matching logic, tags are now working again, dyeing should now also return the correct block

• added in-world dyeing, should work with any modded block in #c:dyed
• added tooltips to any block in tags that can be interacted with, as well as useable items in tags
