implemented dynamic patchouli page
what's the difference between ModLoadingContext and FMLJavaModLoadingContext ???
- add convertion ratio config file for linker items
- add conversion ratio display in item tooltip
- heavily nerf their default ratios to match the OPness of Hex, not Ars :(
