• [note] feature: new module note, to manage information of players for staffs. (#307)
• [works] feature: adjust the trigger duration of schedule jobs from every minute to every 5 seconds. (This allows to use a short sample duration, less than 1 minute.)

• chore: support MC 1.21.7 version.
• [command_permission] fix: when luckperms mod not installed, the command_permission module should not reject to use all commands. (It should fall back to the original requirement, instead of reject to execute all commands.)
