Initial backport of the mod to 1.21 and 1.21.1
Minor compatibility fix for mods with overlapping mixin names. No changes to functionality.
Fixed entity type tags: Frozen Zombie was missing from the #minecraft:zombies tag and its thrown snowball was missing from the #minecraft:impact_projectiles tag. No other changes to functionality.
