In the 1.21.10 version of the mod, there was an issue with the settings screen in ModMenu. Until I fix it, you can configure Info Overlay via Midnight Lib. To do this, go to Midnight Lib's settings and change the first parameter to Yes. After that, a settings button will appear in the game menu.
