+ Added the Icicle (Icicles can be bought from the catalog and can be used to tint ENDO eyes, similar to Amethyst Shards)

All 3 of these features will be accessible in the creative menu during the month of december, and will be accessible afterwards via commands

- Fixed a few GUI scaling issues
- Fixed an issue where purchasing an item from the Catalog with a full inventory absorbs Rubies without giving you the item
- Fixed incorrect item placement in Catalog shops
- Fixed an issue with players being unable to open the ENDO config menu on servers
- Fixed an issue with picking up ENDO's while having a file inventory not giving you suit pieces, cosmetics, CPU's, etc
- Adjusted the ENDO hitboxes to make suit and item placement easier
- Fixed an issue with Midnight Motorist not clearing cars upon completing a lap
