Enchants and Expeditions

Changed

• increased the enchanting power provided by / for each individual attribute by 25%
• doubled the baseline power used by Might when calculating enchanting power
• if no bookshelves or tomes are near an enchanting table, the table will fallback to enchantments tagged in #enchants_and_expeditions:enchanting_table/all (includes Unbreaking by default), rather than not being usable at all
• enchanting attributes now have their values rounded up, rather than down
• empty enchantment slots are now greyed out in the enchanting table's interface
