Strange Items

• Update to 1.21.11
• Spears are now trackable
• Blocks Mined is no longer tracked by default on all trackable items (Only item that doesn't track this is the spear)
• Added Collector's recipes for Netherite Horse Armor, all nautilus armor, and all spears.
