Fixed client and server have different registries/mapping causing crash for 1.21.5+.
Fixed default blockstate from empty to 0.

- Update for 1.21.5
- Fixed tooltip also.
Persistent State handling change in 1.21.5, so if anyone want an example, you can look at the source code. I had hard time figure it out.
Add gamerule description. Hope this new mixin work well.

Uhhh, this one for lower vers and got better code but I'll update the existing one later.
Idk less likely to conflict with other mods I guess. Eventhough not yet I found a single person who change vanilla blocks but carefully than not.
- Fixed not saving the current egg when quit the world/turn off the server.
- Fixed state not saving when the dragon egg drop.
- Fixed Memory Leak by lower the maxium of dragon egg generation.
- Add maxEggsGeneration gamerule, default is 1, minimum is 0, maximum is 1048575.
- Add continueWhenMax gamerule, default is false. If true, it will continue spawn the dragon egg after beating the dragon but the dragon egg's state will stay at the maxium dragon egg generation gamerule.
- Lower max egg cycle to 2097151 to prevent crash.
- Add depend and imcompartible mods
- Add Vietnamese
