The wind gust now use velocity to move entities

That should not change things too munch

Added the welwitschia as an experimental plant

Just grows leaves for now

Fixed a bug where unstable desert sand was disappearing near some biomes, creating holes

Fixed a bug where spectators may be pushed by wind gusts
