Fix the download datapack screen causing crash on world creation

Update Datapacks : each world have a json file to track each installed datapack's version, an update button is available if a new version is found on Modrinth. It's recommanded to reinstall all your previously installed datapacks to add them in the json file so they can be tracked.

• Removed the "download datapacks" button in the Create World screen
• Added the "download datapackts" button in the Data Packs screen (compatible with the mod Datapack/Gamerule Menus)
• Added the global datapacks folder on the world list when the mod Global Datapacks is loaded
• Added French translations

• Download datapacks on the world creation menu, you have to add them in the data packs menu to finish the installation
• Texts are now translatable

• Show downloads, follows and license.
• Fixed last line of description not showing
• Fix datapack info texts cropped

• Added a right panel displaying the full datapack's description, appear when Minecraft's window is large enough
