- The filter recipe to output four blocks rather than one

- Fixed Ender Tether spawning mobs on the edge rather than the middle.
- Fixed occasional desync issue with mobs moved by the ender tether.
- Fixed Sneaky Torch looking like a full block in item form.
- Fixed Update Detectors breaking instantly.

- Added the Focus Sash, which prevents 1-hit K.Os while in the inventory.
- Added the Null Charm, which allows the player to blacklist items from a GUI. Blacklisted items will be destroyed when picked up, rather than going to the inventory.
