- Removed Movement Speed and Scale Multiplier of Enderdragon (cause it did nothing)
- Removed Movement Speed Multiplier of Shulker (cause Shulkers don't move)

- Fixed the Damage Multiplier of Evoker, Wither, Drowned, Breeze, Snow Golem, Skeleton, Stray, Bogged, Piglin, Pillager (their projectiles now also deal damage)
- Fixed the Damage Multiplier of Ender Dragon when making her Purge Attack

Changes:
- Every config options now applies in game. You no longer need to leave your world (for servers: you still need to restart)
- Improved Performance (due to the values only getting loaded when changing your config or starting your game)
