Fixed intersection marker being placed too far away when branches are almost collinear.
- Changed to a more permissive algorithm for checking pipe intersection.

Added radial menu for editing existing nodes. Existing nodes can now be moved or deleted. By inserting / moving / deleting nodes, curve shape of already placed pipes can be freely edited without needing to break the pipes.
