• Migrated to Cobblemon 1.7.1.
• Cleaned up form/property application by using Tim Core's new CustomPropertyExtractor.

• Added context/trigger-specific configs, that get prioritized over the general config.

• Migrated to string version of PokemonMatchers in the config.
