Fixed bundle GUI showing weirdly/crashing 😭

- (Bug Fix) Modified scrolling behavior to not unselect the slot if there are 2 rows in the GUI but no slots above the selected slot because there is empty space there

An update! After 4 months!
- If there are 4 or less items in a bundle, it now scrolls like vanilla
- Changed the config options so they make more sense
- The config is now handled by the mod, so you don't need YACL
- A new config screen! Open with Mod Menu or by running
/bundlesbeyond
Now has a config that actually saves! Uses YACL.
Moving the selected slot in the bundle GUI is no longer hardcoded to WASD, you can now use the movement keys!
Now has a config accessible from modmenu!
You can now hover over the suggestions of /bundlesbeyond scroll_axis_keybind_mode to get a description!
/bundlesbeyond reloadconfig to reload the config from the config file.
