Small maintanance update

• Updated to 1.21.11, and migrated mappings!

This new update depends on Rose-Bush 1.3, Make sure you update your modlists!

This is my third mod to be migrated from Yarn to Mojmaps to prepare for the 26.1 unobfuscated release.

All of my mods WILL be updated eventually, The next mod to be migrated is SpecSpoof.

This migration might take time as even though the process is easy, it is very taxing to do.

Major update for running BoostedExperience in a client environment

• Dropped version below 1.21, For simplicity reasons, i have decided to drop support for 1.21 below.
• Mod Menu compatibility for config, The UI Works pretty simmiliarly to SpecSpoof, so yeah, go nuts.
• Hot Reload via ModMenu, changes are now applied immidietly after clicking "Save Changes" in ModMenu
