Blur Perfected

A fork of Blur+ that fixes blur animation calculation bugs and simplifies the logic

Ever thought that the world behind your inventory was just too distracting?

Changes made:

• Spam Proof: fixes bugs related to "spamming" GUIs updates (GUIs changing too quickly, e.g. holding the E key)
• Continuous Animations: fixes bugs where frames of the fade in/out animation were skipped, or animation was suddenly reset
• Simpler Logic: uses fewer Mixins, thus enabling more compatibility
• Fix Persistant Blur Issues: Fixes bugs were the blur effect was not cleared even after closing all GUIs
