Added new weapons: Welltron and Thunderstein.
Veltron has a delay when fired, but when the destruction function is turned on, it can cause an explosion if there is dynamite at the point of impact of the projectile.
Thunderstein can summon lightning while the destruction function is on.
Changed bug related to multiplayer games.
